The Intelligent Molten Iron Transport solution was developed based on AI vision algorithms and autonomous driving technology to create the world-leading Intelligent Molten Iron Transport system which can help molten iron vehicles in the park to learn from the data through models and make decisions after “thinking”, so as to determine the best transport routes. At the same time, an environmental perception system has been installed to enable the locomotive and radar to automatically detect and avoid any obstacles in the way, and identify the tail and hook of the locomotive to engage and disengage the hook automatically. The Intelligent Molten Iron Transport system can be used to control the forward and backward movement and braking of heavy-duty locomotives, and achieve positioning/alignment to the nearest centimeter. In addition, the control software is integrated in the system for the first automatic parking function and hook engagement/disengagement function in the industry.
